Looking For A Mod...

I've searched countless hours for a 1.5 mod that I had before I got this new computer...

It enabled the type XXI to be used in all years of the German campaign.

Can anyone point me to it? Thanks!

I know of a mod like the one you are describing, but it is for SH3. It is called Ultimate Unlocker, and i have used it myself.
