New skipper asking for help

Hi all, i recently started playing SHIV and i'm having a blast. Great game and the mods here are just amazing. My hat is off to this dedicated community

I'm still scratching on the surface but i slowly want to start with TMO and RSDSC. Can i install additional ships and skins into TMO? Plus i generally want to use high realism settings, does TMO support some kind of real navigation?

Skins should be ok to add. I can not say for sure about adding ships. That is best left to those who understand file structure better than I. As for real navigation, I do not believe TMO supports this.
