Full foul weather oilskin gear for bridge crew

I think it`s been raised before, but is anyone of the skilled modders currently working on full (and I mean full - including hat) foul weather oilskin gear for bridge crew ?

Now, with huge waves coming with Stoianm`s realistic waves, that would be a nice addition making it possible to replicate that Das Boot storm scene...

Yeah I have also raised this a couple of times before but actually its really hard to do..... and a relatively low priority at the moment. I hope though that it will be modded one day.
