crew abillaty,s not working and moral problem

Hi i decided to use silentotto to carry on with my career in order to have some of the harbour addon mods stuff in it (you have to restart the campaing) But since i,ve used it my crew,s ablaty,s dont work anymore. I use MO so i know some magic abilaty,s dont are disabled but the "
find some fresh news on the radio , let the crew have some rest etc etc dont work . It just says 0 ms and is greyed out . It worked before with the same mod configuration. Also after a while crew morale is completly gone even when i sink a ship. I thought this was beause it was the first patrol but i,ve had a couple patrols by now.
