Windows 7 & Mods
having run Sh4 for years on my desktop +Mods through JGSME Now living in Germany Thought I'd try it on my laptop. Installed directly into the C:\ drive, under 'Silent Hunter 4'+ the sub 5 disk, administrator and with Windows compatability. Also latest jgsme
Installed TMO 2.0 but when I opened jgsme, every tmo file was installing across to tthe active (right)side seperately. I have never seen that before, when I opened the game up.........NO MOD? The game is playing ok as the vanilla version gavain2 |

Sounds like you unpacked TMO in Mods\files... and not Mods\TMO\files... if you know what I mean
![]() Better unpack TMO away from your SH-install and then move/copy TMO folder into the SH4\Mods folder. |

Hi, well your suggestion did work. I have never had to do it that way before. Always just unzipped into the mods folder and then activated in jgsme.
Thanks again for that gavain2 |
