Question about Crew Behavior During Interaction

Not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post this, but I've recently started playing the game again, I got the updated versions of the many mods I have and have been trying to get fixes for the most annoying issues in the game.
I did a forum search already but couldn't find anything so thought I'd ask here.

The issue is when you're interacting with your crew (clicking them) they stand up and start rotating back and forth or in circles until you stop the interaction. There are so many good mods out there that fix so many things so I was wondering if anyone knows of one that fixes this? Even if the crew were to stay how they were before you interacted with them and stayed that way throughout the conversation I would be quite happy, what they do now is just far too glitchy looking.
