Video and settings

My video settings for the standard desktop is 3840 x 1024 but i have to play silent hunter at 1600... i am looking for a mod thats changes the aspect ratio for something big like that. when i go to the game and put my resolution (3840 x 1024) the people inside the submarine gets fat and short, the guns the torpedoes everything get fat to the sides and short.
