Need help with my mod order please.

This is the mods i have downloaded and installed but some of the i get messages when trying to install i guess because they conflict with another mod.Also some installed mods are greyed out a bit from other mods ..why is that?

If someone here can help me and tell me the proper order to install i would be grateful.
