I found that bottle in SH3 the other day too!

Game thought it was a mine, and then it CTD.

the message was from Ubisoft with their product slate for the next 30 years, which included no Silent Hunter 6.

Oh no! It was the source code and SDK for SH3, and the ONLY copy of the code base for SH6, which included a truly dynamic campaign, where the Axis Can win the war with sufficient isolation of the British isles. Apparently it was due out Winter 2012.

But sadly, it exploded upon impact, and due to the CTD, it was never rendered again.
