ocean water and sky are a greyish white

I have something wrong ,my sky and water are a grey white color,Must be a conflicting mod maybe?

Even if i just use the enviroment mod 5 by itself the water and sky are like a bright greyish color?

Fog ?

Try loading up a mission other than what you were - see if things clear up.
