i just docked at Kiel and i cant get on my sub and i cant find the officers office at the dock

if you did the tonnage war thingy, maybe ur in the wrong dock? the game didnt lett me know that my homeport was changed from Kiel to Wilhelmshaven.

when u dock at kiel the captian gets transferred to U127 and u get command of U27, the problem im having is i dont know what to do next, i see a speach bubble above somemen on top of the conning tower but i cant speak to them

Your base has moved , look for the sub icon on the nav map and go there .
