Default No Dam Halo No Dam Bubbles mod conflict

Kaleuns,
i checked the Real Environment mod thread, couldn't find the answer, googled, couldn't find the answer.
To this:
I'm running patch 1.2, with mod loadout of Real Env Mod (update) and want to load No dam Halo No dam Bubbles on top of that, and it brings up conflict.
I can see why, but what is the quick turnaround for this?
stoianm was kind enough to point me in the direction of a mod which unfortunately also conflicts with Real Env Mod.
I understand the bubble and halo mod is on MO?
Which would also conflict with Real Env Mod i am assuming.
I don't want to lose the Real Env Mod.
Error in question is the "Lightscfg" conflict, when enabling one or the other over the top.

use winmerge to view the similarities/differences between the two lightscfg files and adjust accordingly

so i get this now:

so you are saying make both the spread and the blend the same numbers?
Does it matter which ones i change to/from?
Edit:
and the differences further down as well.

by making the spread and blend 0 you remove the highlighting from the objects

aha, so basically with any files like this, any changes that are highlighted i need to change to 0's to remove highlighting, ie make compatible?
or make the values exactly the same as the file on the left?
Sorry for my ignorance, never used this program before.

Yes and no. You have to understand/know what you're changing. In this example I know the blend and spread control the object highlighting so setting them to 0 is ok (will remove it). So you want to set those to 0 and then save and exit the file.
