Default kitchenbubbles

hello and ahoi,

i have a question, how can i make to represent the bubbles out of the kitchen caboose in the exterior as a steam or smoke.

from what i read, it seems he is requesting bubbles to vent to the exterior of sub while submerged, coming from the cook's compartment.

Sober's 3D deck wave mod makes bubbles that vent from sub more visible.
