Default good beginers guide?

Hey guys- can anyone link a good 'beginners guide' to the game? something a little deeper than the vid tutorials, for example? Maybe a community manual?

Break out those reading glasses:

http://www.commanders-academy.com/fo...hp?do=cat&id=7

http://www.subguru.com/downloads.html

Recommendations:

The Red Book
The Blue Book
Notfallmappe
Airborne Operations Manual

Be aware though that some manuals may be out of date depending on what mods you may or may not be using.

MolonLabe made a tutorial scenario with walkthrough on using passive sonar and TMA in one of the US subs. It should be somewhere among the scenarios on Subguru.com

Aside from the one mentioned in post #5, are there any tutorial missions to get started with?
