Delete saves?

How can I delete my saved missions and start fresh. Or do i have to uninstall the entire game and start over.

Also, can I prevent things form being saved on a server, and just save everything to my hardrive. I feel as if I am not in control of my own install and its getting very very irritating.

When you are in game pres esc - chose to save game - select the one who you want to delete and press delete.

My game deletes saves for me. It doesn't ask me of course.....it just does it on it's own, you know, to amuse me.

Realllllllly ticks me off.
