Default Black bar missing in widescreen windows 7

Black bar usually appear on the sides when I play DW as my monitor is a 16:10 widescreen.

But now they are gone and the graphics and 3D models are stretched.

Does anyone know how to get back those black bar again?

Thanks

I have a Nvidia chipset in my laptop and the Nvidia Control Panel has an option (\Display\Adjust Desktop Size and Position) to scale the resolution while maintaining aspect ratio. You'll have to search in your (advanced) desktop settings for something similar.

Yeah I figured that out that too but because my monitor is connected to the VGA connector of my PC that specific option is not there.

I probably need to buy a DVI to VGA adapter. I am using an LCD.

The weird thing is it was all fine before just somehow they stop showing.
