WaW Transformer (if anyone can help)

Hey guys,

I've been using the WaW transformer as part of their campaign, but I'm having problems with it from the start.

For me, the standard level of renown with GWX is 1500, which apparently it shouldn't be? (i'm told the actual norm is only 500), and when I try to use the transformer to boost it to 25000 as they ask me to as part of commissioning a Uboat late in the war, but whenever I try it doesn't work. I don't know what's going wrong, I have SH3 commander set to auto-rollback.

The only thing I have noticed is that when I try to use the other option directly relating to commissioning u-boats, pressing the save/input configuration option (not sure what the exact name is) It says there's a file missing, and opens a notepad file...

Help?

Starting the stock game without going to the Academy nets you 500 Renown. Completing the Acadamy gets you 1500.

Because of the difficulty of the AA training, with GWX you only have to pass the Navigation course to get the full 1500.

Starting with the 7th Flotilla at Konigsberg in GWX you are asked to sink some ships which are actually neutral. For that reason you start with 2000 renown if you start with the 7th.

As far as adding renown goes I can't help you. I never use it myself.

They will not know this program here because it is unique to WaW.

Per jimbuna this is how to manually change it to 25000...

Go to:

My documents\sh3\data\cfg\careers\"player"\patrols_.

Scroll to the bottom and change the delta renown to whatever figure you'd like.
