Default Really strange problem!

I have a major game breaking issue I have never had before..

When I use the UZO or Periscope and click in the view area to move it freely, upon re clicking to keep the view where it is a torpedo is automatically launched..

I never had this problem since I had SH III on release

Running GWX 3.0

I am having a guess its something to do with dual screening?

I only use the 'L' key to lock/unlock the periscope. Where do you click to do that? At any rate I've never had such a problem when using the 'L' key.

from research its to do with the screen resolution.

It appears SH-III does not like 1080p native res much even though I tried the res fix.

I just decided to try totally removing SH-III and re install. It works OK now on a Vanilla 1.4 Install. but its squashed to a 4:3 image with black bands on the side. On my old monitor it used to be stretched to a full screen even though it was very slightly distorted but I could handle that.

This HD monitor is proving to be a real pain in the stern.

Update!

Fixed using 1600 x 900 res instead

Now I can go back on my way to my patrol
