Default Seeking for an immortal crew

Here is the deal:

I get tired of the standards of the game. So i'm editing all cfg's to modificating the game for fun and for educating myself for more useful works that i help share here!

But one of my goals i haven't accomplished. I wanna immortal crewmen! Or, at least, more tough ones. But I don't know if this is possible or what edit to get this.

My best guess was the line "HealthStatus" on cfg's on savegame folder, but don't work...

Anyone can help?

Hummm... wasn't my first idea, but if indestructible u-boat is more simple than immortal crew might be interesting to test and training new tatics...

But how can i do that?

I know. I've installed SH3 twice. In one game, I've put the mods to play with more realism and challenge. In other game, I've test my ideas for mods, improvements, tatics...

Sorry for my brazilian/english!

When you're talking about mods for it as an example GWX, or any of the other super mods

I'm curious as to why you are trying to accomplish with having an un-killable crew? Generally if you take enough damage that kills crew members worrying about dead crewmen is usually not the biggest issue at hand (unless by bad luck it kills all your mechanics) as you're generally going to need to worry about getting repairs done fast enough so that compartments don't implode, or for that matter keep from sinking from flooding.

Loosing crewmen can be annoying and tragic at times when you loose a lot of veterans, though when put into a situation where crew members are dead or dying getting home alive is the biggest priority for me at least.
