[REL] up-graded Bellona cruisers

Hello!

Besides of working on external cargo, rowi58 put his hands on the directors of the recently published Bellon Class anit-air criusers -- the high angle controllers now target either planes (c.f. picture), the gunnery director ships.

In file Ship names_CLBellona.cfg,it writs CLArethusaa.It should be CLBellona.
