Germen voices in SH5

Hey all,

I used to play a lot SH3, so when 5 came on sale I promptly bought it.

To my dismay, my entire crew sounds like American immigrants, and all the swastika flags have been replaced by inaccurate ones. I have found a mod for the flag issue, but haven't figured out how to get German voices.

Please, is there a way to get German speak in an 'English Install'?

Here ( http://www.silenthuntermods.com/foru...hp?topic=519.0 ) you can find a lot of sound mods for SH V, for the german voices I use "German U-Boat Crew Language Pack", that is the second one.

I'll start out with the language replacement and then, when I've played a while, start to tinker with the standard sounds.

Now if you will all excuse me, I have an enemy supply line to disrupt ; ).

Indeed. The Custom install option for Silent Hunter V gives you the option to play the game with the crew speaking German. This is for the sake of authenticity and is the way I, and many other players, choose to play the game. But don't be concerned that you will need to know German in order to understand what is being said by your crew, there are subtitles (in whatever language you indicate in the installation) for all of the dialogues.
