Bad weather all the time for anyone else?

Is it just me or does this game like to be very annoying by always giving TERRIBLE weather all the time. I've seen 2 clear days in 3 months. I think i remember a while back something about this. Its always heavy fog and rain. This makes it so hard to kill something because in order to get them on your periscope the ship would literally have to floating above you.

I think that this fix is for SH3 Only !
