A new chemical basis of "life".
From a scientific standpoint, this finding is hard to be overestimated.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-11886943 I personally am convinced that "life" needs to be understood as being able to form up on completely different chemical basis than life on Earth, means: not only on a carbon-basis as we humans of planet Earth usually tend to define life.
