Another activation question

I also posted on Gamesquad, but I though the experts at SubSim may have a suggestion...how long do ya'll think I should I wait before I send nasty-grams to SES about not receiving the license ID for DG v1.5? I checked the SPAM folder (no joy) and the payment went through via PayPal this afternoon @ 1324, but it's almost 1815 and still no confirmation from SES. I hate to be a pain about this, but if they are going to use this DRM process the customer should not have to wait hours for verification.

I wouldn't wait at all. This is inexcusable and the responsible parties will be shot. Send the nasty-gram post-haste.
