Hi keltos. I'm sorry I don't have any info on how to fix this issue, but I thought it was worth a mention that tonight for the first time I observed a similar issue while in free cam, observing a group of Sampans. I have SH4 Gold Edition installed in a machine with Windows7.

The Mod list is as follows: The latest patched RFB, the latest patched RSRD for RFB, The Easy AOB mod by Nicolas, and the periscope color filter mod by arclight.

I happened to come in contact with a small fleet of Sampans off the Japanese coast. I decided to take a closer look in free cam. I zoomed over to one of the Sampans, and as soon as I panned the camera up ie. to look at the top of the mast, the color anomoly you posted appeared on the Sampan. I never noticed this on any merchant that I zoomed to look at before. It only appears to happen if I zoom close to the vessel. If I pan up from a distance, it seems fine. It is weird indeed I don't know if it may be a Driver issue, since I haven't noticed any other strangness.
