SH5 and old P4 rig... ?
Hi
![]() Iam thinking of give SH5 a try but my rig is quite old: GA-8IPE1000 Pro3 Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz HT s478 1MB L2 cache 2.0 GB DDR 400 Sapphire ATI HD3850 512MB GDDR3 AGP x8 Pentagram Silent Force 500W PS so my question is, can i run SH5 and play with no lags on my dinosaur? There's only one way to find out....... Load it up and see if it runs.
![]() I had a P4 3.2E 478pin 1MB L2 cache CPU with 3GB of DDR400, GF 6800XT, and SATA Drives. I didn't dare try and play SH5 because I figured it have lots of lag from very low frame rates. Plus it was almost 6 years old. But I don't have to worry about that computer now. The motherboard crapped out so I built a new Quadcore computer with DDR3 Ram and a 9800GT 1GB GFX card. CompUSA had some great prices. ![]()
