How do I get aboard the uboat in a pen?

I did play SH3 a lot some years ago, but since then I have done other things. Now I have returned when I did see that SH5 was out. I did buy it and have just started. But the hard advices in the manual are very few. You have to guess a lot and relay on your memories from SH3 and SH4. And now I have run into a hard obstacle.

I have started my first campaign by finishing the first Poland mission and returning to Kiel. There my captain has been promoted to a bigger uboat, and I have received command of U-27 and orders for my first own mission. In the pen I have met the equipment man and choosen the torpedo load and a personal marking on my uboat.

But now I am walking around in the pen and have not found out to get on board on my uboat, which lies in the pen. How do I do to get aboard?
