For building and structure you can find them in harborkit.dat in the library folder and you have to specify placement in terrain/locations/La Spezia.dat if you want to make them appear in game in case of new structure. Best regards Hans |

I have not seen that La Spezia.dat (or other harbor) is a set of block taken from harborkit.dat. Now I'll try to undestand which is the coordinate system to place each block. Best regards, Von Faust |

Yes that is the tricky part you have to guess by deleting some assets and loading the game to see wich one is the right one make sure you backup your original file before ![]() Best regards Hans |

The first experiment is ok
![]() I'm rebuilding the Italian base of Bordeaux (Betasom) on the basis of original documents. I've recreated an initial test plan ![]() ![]() Last edited by von faust; 11-09-10 at 06:18 AM. |

Another experiment........I've placed the base of harbor in SH3.
Apart the position and orientation to correct another step is good. This is the "original" base ![]() And this is the base of harbor in SH3 ![]() ![]() I've a little problem with collision, now the great "problem" will be to place all structure......crane, deposit and other. Yes it would be!
I'm pretty sure the problem I have is that Ref modified part of a component needed to build the source code he sent me. And I don't know enuff Borland to figure it out. ![]() So I set it aside for now. I'm hopeing someday he'll pop back in and guide me through setting up Borland, and the components, to do some work on it. |
