Help With TMO Install

Sorry about this but, I haven't been able to check the recommendations for TMO in the DL section due to it being offline for maintenance. I'm about to start a career in TMO and I just want to know the proper install order for TMO and/or any accompanying patches. I plan to add RSRDC but I do know how to load that one. I just need the info for TMO.

Lazy you! There's only 182 pages in the TMO release thread...

Well, I haven't updated the post yet, because, technically speaking, i'm not done. And I don't want to make it "official" yet, until i am. But the changes are important enough that if i didn't let them out, it would be a great disservice. I'm really waiting on Captain America to finish his interior work before i start up again. Given my burnout level, he can take as long as he likes as far as im concerned. Until such time, i'm happily banging away in other games.
