Do I have a bad PSU?

I posted a while back about lock ups in full screen 3d games and video. It still keeps poping up. I think its my PSU.

These are my voltage values:
Voltage Values:
CPU Core 1.39 V
Aux 0.03 V
+3.3 V 3.33 V
+5 V 5.03 V
+12 V 11.80 V
-12 V -12.12 V
-5 V -7.61 V
+5 V Standby 4.95 V
VBAT Battery 3.22 V

I highlighted the one I'm concerned about.

Two things, the negative rails arn't used in modern systems so its not uncommon to see weird figures. Also software based measurement systems are notoriously inaccurate, a voltmeter is really the only way to be accurate
