How to Manual sonar search

Ok, i dive on regular basis to pick up any sounds, like always, but i cannot turn the wheel?!

Anyone knows how to do this, i click on it everywhere but either its the camera moving or nothing happens, still same bearing on it?
Same goes for the sound volume, button is there but nothing happens when i press it with either mouse buttons..

Thanks in advance, ps. ive using no sonar on surface mod..

Use the mouse wheel to turn the needle.

The volume nob does turn (again with mouse wheel), but has no effect on the volume.
