Mod issues

Okay so Ive got a few mod issues.

First off; Im not sure the DB Clothing mod is working correctly as only 2 of my officers have different clothes on, the rest all have the same thing they would normally wear and this highly annoys me.

Second, I downloaded the New Interiors mod and for some reason when I click on it in the 7z unzip it asks me how to open the file and wont just unzip.

Thrid, I cannot find the Intergrated orders Lite mod that only has messages come through that pertain to me

Fourth, I understand there is a mod for GWX that also incorporates real orders? As in when you send in a patrol report, you get an order back to patrol a new grid or etc??

Fifth, I read about a open conning tower hatch mod and the other hatch? (From the command room to inside the conning tower) Id like to know where to find this as I have not had any luck finding it

Sixth, I had also read about the Merchant Fleet Mod but again I cannot find it (I must have bad luck with looking for stuff with the search button) Could anyone post it here for me??

And Seventh, Any other mods you guys could reccomend? Particularily gameplay tweaks, or again graphical mods in the form of environment/ water fixes (I dont really like the way the water looks)
