Aircraft ???

Hi Guys,

Im playing my first mission on SH5 , ive noticed the british aircraft
that pass over my boat dont seem to attack or even change course.
Some have flown directly above my boat and still not reacted even
after ive shot at them.
Whats the story , am I just too early in the war or is there some problem
with my game?
Are there any Aircraft behaviour Mods ?
Have other people noticed the same ?
Has anybody actually been attacked by an aircraft ?
