Default Arpaio Finally Sued!

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_arizona_sheriff_lawsuit

Quote:
The lawsuit calls Arpaio and his office's defiance "unprecedented," and said the federal government has been trying since March 2009 to get officials to comply with its probe of alleged discrimination, unconstitutional searches and seizures, and jail policies that discriminate against people with limited English skills
The law thinks he is above the law. WHOOPS he must have thought this was the Bush years where you can plead crap and refuse to cooperate with the justice system.

No more!

Yet another example of Obama Justice Department putting their nose where they don't belong.The govt takes up for scum like illegal aliens and not a Sheriff doing his job, sad day.Again, none of the Fed govts business anyway.Sheriff Joe will come out okay and Obama will look like the piece of trash he is.

Laughing at the part of "discriminating" against people with limited english skills.That is a personal responsibility thing, they should learn english before they come to a country that primarily speaks english, hopefully we'll get this trash under control.

The lawsuit stems from him not cooperating with the investigation which is not heard of. Even in Bush years. Not cooperating for over a year is likely what will sink him in court.

What's the obsession with this supposed ZOMG imtimidation? Were they in the voting booth with people? If not, then how could anyone be intimidated into voting for Obama?

Quote:
The Bush administration's Justice Department -- not the Obama administration -- made the decision not to pursue criminal charges against members of the New Black Panther Party for alleged voter intimidation at a polling center in Philadelphia in 2008;

The Obama administration successfully obtained default judgment against Samir Shabazz, a member of the New Black Panther Party carrying a nightstick outside the Philadelphia polling center on Election Day 2008;

No voters have come forward to claim that they were intimidated from voting on account of the New Black Panthers standing outside the polling center in 2008;

LMAO

nobody was intimidated into voting FOR Obama...

they were intimidated into not voting at all

and no... didnt quote the Globe there, someone told me about that and i demanded a news source because i immediately argued to them that it was unlikely - they eventually cited a news source that was not "the Globe" i dont recall the publication.

EDIT:

any digital media can be manipulated or found to suit any argument.

When your point of argument comes from a tabloid (The Globe) you lose said argument.

Judge in the recent "Birther" stay home because Obama is supposedly not an American case reviewed the evidence and confirmed Obama is an American. So can we move on from that crap now. Obama can't walk around all day with his Birth Cert on his forehead.

Yeah it gets in the way of his golf swing on those many vacations he likes to take when he's supposed to be fixing the economy.
