[REQ] Smaller Chronometer

Can anyone come up with a mod for smaller size chronometer that doesn't take up some much screen space or to prevent the existing one popping up when time compression is used?

prevent from popping up when TC is used is built into my UIs mod. You tell it at what TC level to show the clock.
