Murderous floods

I remember when a flood came into my old neighborhood. Had a dream about it two days before. Told my sister but she just ignored me(she just gave me a weird look then carried on studying). Then the flood came two days later and everything I saw in my dream happened including where we took refuge with another neighbor family. Rain kept pouring for over a week, all the sky was gray you can't see clouds because everything you see up there was the greyish cloud! We never had anything like it back then. The government didn't even issue a warning.

Has since moved to a flood free neighborhood and the first floor of our current home is 1.5 meter high from the street. Flood is bad it ruins everything inside the house. Things just floated. Not to mention we had a small dog back then.

It's pretty much the end of the world for people experiencing it. You can't go to work or school, can't go out at all, no electricity, unable to buy food, etc.
