Default [REQ] New "send contact" option for multiplayer matches

Since SH2/DC times SH series have not supported information between players at multiplayer matches. What about SH5?

I see that TheDarkWright put some interesting function to his mod, and supported few multiplayer options (f.e. chat).

Now this is proposal for multiplayer options, and maybe for singleplayer in the future (when AI submarines will coopoerate with player and attack as wolpfack group). Of course I don't know possibility of this proposal. I hope that someone can give the answer.

Main question:
Is possible to send message between players similar in-game chat?
Or create event: send message -> host -> create message to all players

Upgrade of "send contact" message/proposal for muliplayer matches:

If enemy ship is spotted and uboat is submerged then "send contact" message is possible.
The AI crew see the type of target (merchant/escort/warship), read the course (N, NW, W etc), and read the position on map (position of uboat, bearing, range rounded to kilometre value).

Ok. Now we have contact info. Spotted by AI or player (lock periscope on target, all simple data are read automatically).
Now we send "radio contact" if our uboat is submerged.

Other submerged uboat can receive this message as:

1) Sound message: "we have new message"
2) Text message: "Radio message: We have message about spotted enemy contact, please look on map, captain"
3) Radio contact on nav map with target data as "mark":

This is my idea with simple target data (spotted by AI or by "lock target" by player) received by player and others (no contact update).

Of course, if the class, real speed, real course is known then it should be send as message.

Possible?
