External Camera

Is it possible to get external camera enabled even you have disabled before starting the career? I would like to take screens but It's quite hard to take good screens without external camera. I'd rather not start a new career either.

You can change the options mid career, but not when on patrol. Press ESC when in the sub pen and you can change the gameplay options from there.

Most places, not sure. Press 'o' (letter) and see where it appears. Most screens, if not all possibly.
