Need some help with Trigger Maru 2.0

OK...I completely removed SH4 and re-installed. I then upgraded to 1.5 and when ever I try and install and mod it still goes to SH4 1.5 with the Uboat screen. I install the mods with the newest version of GME.

I've tried TM 2.0 and RFB 2.0 and none of them seem to load. any thoughts or suggestions.

Does the path to SH IV show in the box at the top of JGSME?
