Default Where am I..? Navigation question

SH4 Modded with OM and selected graphic/gameplay modes.

Is there a way to find one's exact coordinates (Latitude and Longitude) on either map?; not just approximate from the map grid?

sind a radio status report, then go to messages sent, there you'll see something like U-whatever status report sent and is should state your coordinates at the time of the transmission.

Thanks Rein..will do that. Just thought that there was some way or mod whereby the co-ords would show if cursor was over the sub marker or something like that.

Well.. no joy on that mode of operation. When I transmit a message, then check under messages sent, the only co-ords I get is the Grid identifer i.e.
AL 39 etc. Any other thoughts on how to get one's lon and lat when mapping?

I am using SH4/UBM(1.5)/OM/OMEGU and am in the German campaign..if that would make any difference.

Measure the distance to the equator and Greenwich Meridian with vertical and horizontal lines. Then divide by 120 km to get the degrees.

Thanks Pisces ...was looking for a cursor function, that I thought I was just missing; but the math brings in a realism so that would be fine and get the information I was looking for..thanks guys.
