Weapons and ammo Info and Notes files locations

Hi all, I'd like to know where are the files for the info and notes for the germans and americans weapons and ammo.

I forgot to mention why. Well, after transferring lines from german upgrade packs file, all I see in the american menu is Upack(name of weapon)-Name, Upack(name of weapon)- Info, Upack(name of weapon)- Notes.

I do not why it appears like that on the menu.
e.g. Normally, torpedoes would show the name, speed and propulsion ect. I'm talking about all the german stuff, of course. The american stuff is working normally.
