(Req) cold weather clothing for TMO

Okay, this is just a thing that bothers me and may others, I do not have the know how to do this so hoping someone who does will.I would like a JSGME ready mod that can be enabled before a patrol to put crew in cold weather clothing, mainly the deck watch.Just looks goofy when on patrol in winter time off Japan or in Sea of Okhotsk and some officers are wearing shorts on deck and watch crew in tank tops.A mod that simply puts them in the peacoats that already are in game for foul weather, if possible some sweaters, gloves, ski masks(read about them wearing in extreme cold) would just add to the game.Again only applies to those on deck watch like when its foul weather out.

JSGME ready and works with TMO.Thanks in advance if anyone feels like doing this.
