Once the deckgun has been manned by the AI, how can I get them to un-man it, or cease-fire because at the moment I'm just having to submerge and then surface again to stop them from wasting my ammo when I don't want them to fire.
The watch officer doesn't have any commands I can use to unman the gun either which is strange. Is the only answer a mod? Thanks |

you could use crew management and arrange the crew as you please manually

Download the mod More Crew Commands Dialogue; or something along those lines (its abbreviation is MCCD) and that will solve the problem.
With that mod you can now get your crew to man the AA guns and unman them as well as the deckgun

use darkwriaths new UI mod. Its a revert to both SH3, and SH4 HUD commands including DG commands hold fire / hull/ Bridge/Waterline shot preference available at download section.
