Default [Req] Rig for red when battle stations active

Is it possible to have the red light enabled when battle stations are active?

I don't think that's realistic during the day though...

Only the white lights are modelled inside the Sub. It'd be nice to see sepearte 3D models for the red lights too and the ability to manually switch between the two.

Right, the red lights really only had one purpose and that was to prepare the eyes for nightime sight up on the bridge and were actually only switched on just prior to going up to the bridge after sufacing. And even then only in the control room for the bridge watch crew's benefit. Elsewhere the lights were kept white so the crew can actually see what they are doing. Only those who were going to be going up the bridge needed this eye prepping red light.

So yes im for having them switchable by orders or keystrokes, and only in the control room, as thats the only place it's needed.

Red lights were also to reduce detection while in the surface with the hatches open at night. But a captain doesn't switch the lights button, so it should be an automatism. Also the AI crew has no need to prepare their eyes cause they have no real eyes.
