Manual use of Deck Gun

I can't select the deck gun. It is manned, and I can select and fire the AA gun, but not the deck gun. Is there some hot key to use the deck gun?

You must physically walk down to the deckgun

to do this turn tithe side of your conning tower by the rails and you should be able to slide onto the ladder and get to the deck fromthere head to the bow and your good to go.

However instead of doing all that just go to you bnocular view and aim at the ship you want to fire at and click space

You can click the gun though the conning tower, stand on the left and there is a round instrument, think its a compass.

Ok next look at the cursor the middle is yellow, move from the left edge of the compass upwards and it will go black in the middle click away and you will get on the gun, once you find the exact spot, you will be able to find it much faster, hope that made sense.
