Default Sunk an IJN sub in Formosa Strait

I came across an IJN Sub on the surface in Formosa Strait. (TMO WTW July 1945) My first clue was a war ship sonar report but no visual or radar sighing. As I got closer he came into view.

I was able to sink him with the 4th torpedo. Strange thing was he never tried to submerge but did fire at my periscope.

TMO comes with an Environmental mod, I am surprised OMEGU doesn't have something in it also. There are several env mods availble such as Real Environments.

The water in the OMEGU is nice but it isn't that deep blue that shows in the posted picks..at least not on my PC. Anyway thanks for the reply!

I don't play that mod but isn't that the intent so it is Atlantic water and not Pacific water?

Wow, that's cool. Never seen a sub before in SH4. SH1 had them, and they would submerge when they spotted you.
