Is there ANY way at all to make the window resizable??

I've been out for a while being busy with life and playing other games that let me resize the windows. Now I'm coming back again to SH4, only to find that I can't resize again and I want to. With two monitors it gets very frustrating not to be able to click outside of the SH4 window without it completely disappearing...

Has anyone managed to come up with a way to resize the window so it can properly sit within one half of a two monitor desktop without going to the taskbar when you click outside of it? Any jury-rigged-duct-taped method will do, as long as it actually puts the game on one side, as close to full screen as possible, and in a persistent state.
