Transfer to Salamis base

Hello.
I have a question.

My Uboat and its brave men (minus the one who died during an air attack

) are currently at Salamis. It's late October '41 and U52 crossed the strait of Gibraltar than headed East and finally docked at Salamis. She left Lorient earlier this month.

Now that we've docked at Salamis ; could you please tell me how i can transfer to this base since my home base is Lorient?

SH3 Commander tells me ''in other base before patrol 8'' and next patrol grid ''NULL''. That is fine, according to the manual.

I started a new patrol and returned to Salamis the next day. then i tried to make the transfer but i could not click on the ''telephone'' nor i could see my medals. I couldn't also enter the upgrades/refit page.
