Is there a merchant raider mod out where you can play as a German merchant raider?

I don't really think so. There is a mod where you can play as a torpedo boat if you like

Actually there is. Chinese U-47 has a warship mod. The newest version doesn't have a commerence raider, but Warship Mod 2.0 has, if I remember correctly.
