Default [REQ] Campaign phase completion allows RTB

This may be a simple fix, but it may not.

My request is this:

Currently, after you finish a phase of the campaign (a phase is the unit such as Total Germany, or Happy Times, etc) your patrol ends within minutes upon completing the final objective.

Usually, in the way I tackle these phases, the final objective I find myself completing is usually sinking a capital ship, which is something that is just as fun to escape afterwards (using the proper AI mods of course) as it is to actually sink the ship.

However, the game, in its ultimate arcade-ish wisdom, thinks it's a great idea to just grant credit for the phase being completed and forces you to exit the patrol minutes after you complete the objective. You could be getting depth charged, and the "Phase complete" screen will still pop up, and force you back to the sub pen.

My request is for a mod that forces the player to return to base manually even after completing the final objective of the phase.
